Project Description

A version of the South Dublin County Council Customer Contact System. Certain parts have been removed that are SDCC specific. The Customer Contact System is aimed towards public authorities who need a CRM that does not emphasise the financial/commercial aspect of customer relations but simply provides a system for managing enquiries from the public in that authorities area of administration. It integrates with to automatically import enquiries/reports for the relevant authority.
